The registration fee for participants is € 500.00
After the deadline a surcharge of € 100.00 will be applied.
For PhD and post-doctoral students the registration fee is reduced to € 250 (€ 350 after July 30th). A letter of recommendation from the responsible supervisor is required with the registration form.

CONFIRMATION A letter of confirmation will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat as soon as the payment received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
From May 1 until July 4, 2009: 25% of the total amount is due.
From July 5 until July 30, 2009: 50% of the total amount is due.
From July 30, 2009: 100% of the total amount is due.
Refunds will be made only after the end of the Conference.
