The scientific committee will select a limited number of oral presentations from the contributed papers.
The other contributed papers will be accepted as poster presentations. The notification of the type of presentation and/or the poster number will be communicated to the authors
by e-mail no later than July 30th 2009.
Participants wishing to present an oral communication or a poster should submit by e-mail babudri@chimica.uniba.it a 1 page abstract using the template tool, naming the file as : surname.doc
(ex: brown.doc.). Please note that registration is required to submit an abstract, and accepted communications will be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium only if the payment of the registration fee is made in full.
Oral Communications
The communications should be presented with PowerPoint for Windows. Speakers will not have the possibility of connecting their own PC to the projector, therefore the file containing the presentation should be saved on an USB-Drive key or on a CD ROM, and uploaded on the projector PC before the beginning of each session. The files will be deleted at the end of each session.
Poster Communications
The highest poster dimensions allowed
are 70 (width) x100 (height) cm.
