The Organizing Secretariat has arranged with the
Grand Hotel Masseria Santa Lucia and with the Hotel
“La Darsena”, near the Congress Venue, the following special reduced rates:

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations should be received in writing by the Secretariat.
The following cancellation policy apply;
From July 30 until August 31, 2009: 30% of the total amount is due.
From September 1 until September 6, 2009: 50% of the total amount is due.
From September 7, 2009: 100% of the total amount is due.
Refunds will be made only after the end of the Conference

*In case of cancellation it is not possible any refund

All the quotations are individual and include breakfast and taxes.

In order to benefit from the reduced rates, the reservations must be done through the Organizing Secretariat. The hotel reservations can be made by sending the Accommodation/Registration form not later than July 30^th 2009. The rooms available are limited and will be assigned on the first come first served basis. In case of unavailability, the Organizing Secretariat will suggest a different accommodation. Any change about the accommodations must be communicated in writing to the Secretariat and will be accepted according to the availability.
